MPVA Events

MPVA Annual Salute to Veterans Gala:  The "Salute" is MPVA's largest annual fundraiser.  This event takes place on or near Veterans Day on an annual basis.  It is a fancy and celebratory evening that gives everyone an opportunity to remember the significance and meaning of Veteran’s Day!

MPVA Annual Awareness Day:  This annual event is celebrated during PVA Awareness week, which is typically celebrated during the second week of April.  On this date, the MPVA opens up their Chapter Headquarters in Novi to the public in order to commemorate and observe the MPVA's mission.  This opportunity also allows Michigan-based businesses to join with the MPVA and share their related business information to the public.  It is a great way for all to learn about the various services that are available to veterans and individuals with disabilities.

By becoming an MPVA Member or Associate Member, you will be able to join the MPVA in a variety of fun events which happen on an annual basis!  For instance, each summer the MPVA hosts an Annual Picnic where MPVA members can come out and enjoy a day of fun!  Previous picnics have been held at local recreational sites and the Detroit Zoo!  The MPVA also has an Annual Holiday party where guests can enjoy good food, music, and are guaranteed to walk away with a gift!  Furthermore, the MPVA opens up their Chapter Headquarters regularly for informative speakers during luncheons!

Become a member of the MPVA by visiting the "Membership" portion of our website.
